Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a list of the products you want to return, along with your reason for returning them.
Within 5 – 7 business days, you will get an email with confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining an RMA number, secure the item in its original packing and include photographs of any damaged items. Mail your return to the following address:

We will handle your return after we get it and examine the item's condition. If granted, the refund request will be handled within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds may show on your credit card account within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card provider. When your refund has been processed, you will get an email notification.
